By downloading, installing, or using Floppa Client (the "Mod"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the Mod.
Provided As-Is — No Warranty
Floppa Client is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of Floppa Client disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Mod will function without interruption, be error-free, or remain compatible with future versions of Minecraft or Fabric. The Mod may break following game or platform updates, and no obligation exists to provide fixes or updates.
Use at Your Own Risk
You use Floppa Client entirely at your own risk. Game modifications carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Account penalties or bans imposed by game server operators
- Corruption of game data or save files
- Degraded game performance or crashes
- Loss of in-game items, currency, or progress
The developers of Floppa Client accept no liability for any harm, loss, or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from the use or inability to use the Mod.
Compliance with Server Rules
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Floppa Client complies with the rules of any game server you connect to, including Hypixel. Server operators may prohibit the use of modifications that alter gameplay. It is your responsibility to review and adhere to those rules before use.
Floppa Client and its developers are not responsible for any consequences resulting from violations of third-party server policies.
Free to Use — No Resale
Floppa Client is provided free of charge. You may download and use it at no cost.
You may not:
- Sell, rent, lease, or otherwise charge for access to Floppa Client
- Bundle or redistribute Floppa Client as part of a paid product or service
- Represent Floppa Client as your own work for commercial purposes
Redistribution for non-commercial purposes (such as sharing with friends or posting on modding communities) is permitted provided these Terms of Use are preserved and Floppa Client is not misrepresented.
No Affiliation with Mojang, Microsoft, or Hypixel
Floppa Client is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or Hypixel Inc. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios. "Hypixel" is a trademark of Hypixel Inc. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Intellectual Property
The Floppa Client name, logo, and all original code, assets, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of the Floppa Client development team.
Floppa Client is built on the Fabric modding framework and runs within Minecraft. It is subject to Mojang's Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Fabric project's own licensing terms. Nothing in these Terms of Use overrides or supersedes those agreements.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of the Floppa Client JAR file for commercial gain is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Floppa Client development team shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of the Mod or this website, including direct damages, indirect damages, incidental damages, punitive damages, or consequential damages — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Floppa Client after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
